CONCLUDING STATEMENT

This audit was undertaken as per the requirements of the road safety audit manual and has identified two specific items that cause intolerable or very high risk conditions along P21-1.

The audit team believe that these four items listed below be addressed and remedial measures be implemented as soon as possible.

• No enough sight distance at the intersection.

• Lack of pedestrian facilities.

• No guardrail on high fills.

• No loading terminal for sugarcane trucks
